Effective November 1, 2025, Tradewinds will no longer accept texts on our primary 717.799.0481 line. Texts can get lost, misdelivered, or otherwise dropped and to ensure that we receive your issue, all problems should be submitted via email at support@tradewindsit.com, through the form on our website at support.tradewindsit.com, or in a voicemail at the main line 717.799.0481.
As we experience an increase in daily reported issues, this change is necessary to ensure that all problems can be fixed with minimal impact to all users that we support. Thank you for your understanding!
